Multicultural Dance Festival A Multicultural Dance Festival took place on Saturday of November 2006 in the Rothes Halls in Glenrothes to raise funds for children of war and war orphans. Stalls and dance classes were available during the afternoon with the main festival taking place in the evening. Entertainment was provided by Sheika with a fashion show hosted by Hilary Thacker of Hilary's Bazaar, Edinburgh.
